A lot of companies out there offer a “Lifetime Guarantee” for their packs. But what they’re talking about is the “lifetime” of the pack, not your lifetime. What does that mean? One year? Ten years? Rather than trying to sucker you into buying a product with a warranty that’s not as good as it seems, we’d rather offer you a real warranty we can stand by.

Timber Hawk is proud to offer a three-year guarantee against all manufacturer’s defects, and damage caused by what we consider normal use. Well, we EXPECT you to put our pack through the perils of normal use. If you tear, or break your Timber Hawk pack we’ll replace or repair it for free. We won’t cover any personal items you broke inside your pack, however. (We aren’t an insurance company) Any repairs or modifications done by someone besides Timber Hawk will void the warranty.
